Realme GT 6T Launches in India, Boasting Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 Chip and 50-Megapixel Camera: Pricing and Specs Revealed

Realme GT 6T has been launched in India as the first smartphone to feature Qualcomm’s 4nm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chip. It offers up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The device comes with a dual rear camera setup including a 50MP primary camera with a Sony LYT-600 sensor. It is powered by a 5,500mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging.

Realme GT 6T price in India, Availability

Realme GT 6T price in India starts at Rs. 30,999 for the base variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage. There are also options for 8GB+256GB and 12GB+256GB variants priced at Rs. 32,999 and Rs. 35,999, respectively. The highest variant is priced at Rs. 39,999.

The recently unveiled Realme GT 6T comes in Fluid Silver and Razor Green shades and will be available for purchase starting May 29 at 12pm (noon) on Amazon and Realme’s official website. Buyers can enjoy a Rs. 4,000 discount on the Realme GT 6T when using ICICI Bank, HDFC, and SBI card payments, in addition to a Rs. 2,000 exchange deal that reduces the handset’s cost by Rs. 6,000.

The Realme GT 6T comes with dual-SIM (Nano) support and runs on Realme UI 5 based on Android 14. It is expected to receive three major Android OS upgrades and an extra year of security updates. The phone features a 6.78-inch full-HD+ LTPO MOLED display with a refresh rate ranging from 1Hz to 120Hz and a peak brightness of up to 1,000 nits. Realme states that the device can reach up to 6,000 nits of local peak brightness.

Realme has equipped the GT 6T with a 4nm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chip, making it the first handset in India to debut with the octa-core processor from Qualcomm, along with a 10,014 sq mm 3D tempered dual vapour chamber. The smartphone is equipped with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of built-in UFS 4.0 storage.

This Realme 5G Smartphone comes with an impressive camera setup for capturing photos and videos. It boasts a 50-megapixel primary camera with a Sony LYT-600 sensor, ensuring high-resolution images. Additionally, it supports optical image stabilization, which helps in reducing blur and shaky footage. The camera also features an f/1.88 aperture, allowing for better low-light performance.
