The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro was first introduced in China back in March. Now, Vivo is preparing to launch this foldable phone in India. Although the Chinese tech brand has not confirmed a specific date yet, a recent report suggests that it will be officially announced next month. The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and boasts an 8.03-inch AMOLED inner screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Additionally, it comes with a Zeiss-branded triple rear camera setup, as well as up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.

According to industry sources, MySmartPrice reveals that the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is set to launch in India in ‘early June’. If this information is accurate, it will mark the first Vivo foldable device to be available worldwide.

Previous foldable phones from Vivo, like the Vivo Fold 2 and Fold+, were only available in their home country. The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro is now ready to take on competitors like Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 5, OnePlus Open, and Tecno Phantom V Fold in India.

In recent news, a Vivo phone bearing the model number V2330 has made an appearance on Geekbench. What’s interesting about this device is its powerful hardware configuration, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, a whopping 16GB of RAM, and the highly anticipated Android 14 operating system. Many believe that this phone might just be the global variant of the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro.

The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro was unveiled in China running Android 14 with OriginOS 4. It sports an 8.03-inch primary 2K E7 AMOLED display and a 6.53-inch AMOLED cover display, both capable of a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, it supports up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS4.0 storage. Additionally, it features a Vivo V3 imaging chip and a robust Carbon fiber hinge certified by TUV Rheinland for 500,000 folds.

Featuring a triple rear camera setup, the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro includes a 50-megapixel main camera. It also includes 32-megapixel selfie cameras on both the outer and inner screens. This device is IPX8-rated for dust and water resistance and is fueled by a 5,700mAh lithium battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
